The short version
- Winnr collects what it needs to run your account and dashboard — nothing for advertising.
- We never sell your information, and we don't use ad trackers or third-party analytics.
- Want your data or want it gone? Email us.
1. Who we are
Winnr (trywinnr.com) is your personal Trybe operating system. It tracks your brands, submissions, earnings, and video performance, and tells you what to film next. Winnr is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Trybe or Meta.
2. What we collect
Your account
Your email address and your password (stored only as a one-way secure hash, so we can't read it), plus the name you enter.
How you use Winnr
Brands you track, save, or open; scripts you generate; and your subscription plan and usage against its limits. We use this to run your account, enforce plan limits, and improve the product.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). Winnr won't store your card number.
3. Gmail access (optional, read-only)
If you connect Gmail for sample delivery tracking, Winnr requests the gmail.readonly scope. Here is exactly what that means:
- What we read: only emails matching a narrow shipping query (subjects like "shipped", "tracking", "delivered" from the last 60 days). We fetch message metadata (sender, subject, date) and Gmail's short snippet — never full message bodies, never your personal email.
- Why: to detect when your brand samples ship or arrive, so you can confirm them into your sample pipeline. Trybe doesn't show delivery status, so this fills the gap.
- When: only when you tap "Scan for deliveries". Winnr never scans your Gmail in the background.
- What we store: the sender, subject, snippet, carrier, tracking number, and our brand guess for each shipment email found — plus the OAuth tokens Google issues (stored server-side, never shown to you or anyone else).
- Disconnect: tap Disconnect anytime (Samples page or Automations). We immediately delete your stored Gmail tokens; shipment records you've already confirmed stay in your sample pipeline unless you delete them.
We never use your Gmail data for advertising, never share it with third parties, and never read email outside the shipping query above.
4. How we use it
- To run your account and show you personalized recommendations.
- To enforce subscription plan limits and keep Winnr secure.
- To understand which features get used and to fix what breaks.
- To email you about your account or important changes. We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that run Winnr for us (hosting, database, payment processing), or when required by law.
5. Content from other sites
Winning scripts may reference publicly available advertising data. Ad thumbnails and videos load from Meta's servers, which see your IP address the way any website does. Links to the Ad Library and to brands' websites are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.
6. Cookies and browser storage
Winnr uses essential cookies to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. The app may save small settings in your browser (like which notices you've already seen).
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export, or delete your information by emailing us from the address on your account. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law; we'll honor them, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
9. Security
Passwords are stored only as secure hashes and all traffic uses HTTPS. No service can promise perfect security, but we work to protect your information and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
10. Age
Winnr is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. For bigger changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
