1. What Winnr is

Winnr is an independent tool built by a Trybe creator, for Trybe creators. Winnr provides personalized creator tools including film queues, brand scorecards, and winning scripts. Winnr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Trybe or Meta.

Brand names, logos and ad creatives shown in Winnr belong to their respective owners and are shown for research purposes; Winnr doesn't claim ownership of any of them.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Winnr. Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

One account is for one person. Don't share your login or sell your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Winnr.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Winnr offers monthly and annual plans. Each plan includes access to your personalized dashboard with daily film queues, brand scorecards, and winning scripts.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds are handled as described at checkout, or as required by law. We may change prices going forward and will tell you before a change affects you.

4. Estimates, not guarantees

Ad counts, rankings, transcripts, scripts and rewrites are built from public information and our own models. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong.

Winnr doesn't guarantee that any ad data is complete, that any brand will keep running ads, or that you'll earn any amount from using Winnr.

Nothing in Winnr is financial, legal, or tax advice. Decisions about which brands to work with are yours.

5. Acceptable use

Use Winnr for your own work as a creator. You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, bulk-download, resell, republish or share Winnr's ad data, transcripts, or scripts;
• Use bots or automated tools on Winnr, or try to get around plan limits or security;
• Reverse engineer Winnr or interfere with it or other people's use of it;
• Use Winnr to break the law or anyone else's terms, including Meta's or Trybe's.

When you make sponsored content, follow the advertising and disclosure rules that apply to you.

6. What you submit

You keep ownership of what you submit to Winnr, like saved brands and notes. You give us permission to store and use it to run Winnr.

Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using Winnr anytime and ask us to delete your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put Winnr or other users at risk, and we may change or stop parts of Winnr.

8. Disclaimers

Winnr is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including that Winnr will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, and any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Winnr won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost earnings, profits, data or opportunities, including from relying on Winnr's data.

Winnr's total liability for any claim about Winnr is limited to the greater of what you paid Winnr in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date below, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Winnr after that, the new terms apply.

11. Invite & Earn affiliate program

Referrers earn 30% of every successful payment made by members they refer, for as long as the referred member stays subscribed. Commissions have no cap and no expiry.

• Attribution is first-touch: the first referrer to bring a new member wins. A 60-day cookie tracks referral visits; if a cookie and a signup code conflict, the earliest timestamp wins.
• No self-referral. Referring yourself forfeits the commission.
• Only new members count — someone who already held a paid Winnr subscription cannot be attributed to you.
• Payouts are processed monthly once your available balance reaches $50. Paid commissions are final; pending ones are voided if the underlying payment fails or is refunded.
• Fraud, fake accounts, or gaming attribution forfeits all earnings and ends participation.
• Winnr may update these terms with notice. Changes never reduce earnings you have already locked in.

12. Founding-member price lock-in

The first 100 paying members lock in founding rates for life: the lower price stays as long as the subscription stays active, including across plan changes.

Cancelling ends the lock-in. If you rejoin after cancelling, you rejoin at regular prices.

Founding spots are counted among active paid subscriptions only — free trials and fully-discounted checkouts do not consume a spot.
